About this Workshop
Objective: learn how to communicate the function of the nervous system in an easy-to-understand and experiential way.
This workshop explores yoga practice as a set of tools that allow us to communicate with our nervous system. We’ll discuss the triune or three-part model of the brain and explore this in embodied experience through practice. We’ll also practice in pairs, effectively communicating this understanding simply as we would when offering practices in a prison, jail, or other similar settings.
We will send a reminder email with a link to the workshop the day before the event.
