Before the Covid-19 pandemic shut everything down we were offering a YTT program to men incarcerated at Spring Creek Correctional Center in Seward AK.  The most challenging thing in the beginning was to understand what the men personally needed and were asking for rather than what we thought we&hellip;</p>

<p>We’ve been running trauma-informed yoga programs and classes in Australia since March 2019. So far we’ve been fortunate to implement the program in over 6 prisons to date (all in QLD). We’ve also been in discussions with NSW Corrective&hellip;</p>
