Grand Day to you all!
This week's mindfulness activity is all about observing your embodied energy. As you go about your week, take time to be mindful of any shifts in the energetic signals your body is sharing with you. This can be anything and everything from nervous energy in your gut to calm energy in your shoulders. Notice any experiences, interactions, or observances that activate energy centers in your body and bring you from one energetic state to another. Notice what movement, activity, or breathing patterns supports you to regulate to an energy level that feels welcome and comfortable.
Next week you will begin sharing a short Discharge/Energy Release practice in small breakout groups. The observations you make about your own experiences may inspire you to find the words to share with others.
