"Prana - the primordial energy of life!" What a great lecture, so buzzy and informative 🤩 I was hooked form the off. Isn't energy and enthusiasm infectious??

"Amen - that's exactly what was supposed to happen, because I know who I work for". YES!! Yoga is you, it's me, it's prana, it's everywhere and everything.

Dr. Haunani’s Cultural Stewardship lecture was absolutely mind-blowing. From the very first moment, it was clear this wasn’t just another talk... it was a soul-shaking reminder of why yoga is so much more than just a physical practice.

She spoke about justice, freedom, and honoring the roots of yoga in a way that hit deep. The idea that yoga isn’t something to own, but something to serve? That landed hard. Her words were raw, real, and filled with so much wisdom that I found myself both questioning and reaffirming everything I thought I knew.

One of the biggest takeaways? We are not here to be liked... we are here to make a difference. And wow, if that isn’t the truth we all need to carry.

I left feeling humbled, fired up, and so damn grateful to have been in that space. This is the kind of wisdom that stays with you forever.

We are not here to be liked... we are here to make a difference. I used this philosophy in client work today and it shifted so much for 3 wonderful people Alex. Your contributions so profound. You're a great role model my friend.

Andy, I deeply appreciate you, and I am truly honored to have you in my energetic circle of influence. Although we haven’t interacted much, the few times we have have been nothing short of beautiful. I genuinely appreciate your heart and the energy you bring into this world. Thank you!

Did I miss where the recording of this lecture is? I could only sign on for a little bit of it and since it is recorded, I wanted to try to watch it, but I can't find it. I am not techy, but I thought Jen said it was under Forum?? SOS

@breeman-meggmail-com The recordings of each guest lecture (with the exception of those only available live, like the discussion with Blaire) will be saved to the same forum topic, Guest Lecture Series- Schedule & Recordings.

@mindfully-alex I deeply need that lesson, "we are not here to be liked." Like wow. time to get to work. I am really gonna heed the message about talking loud/silent walks in nature.
