11/6/25 Live Session Recording
This week’s session was an optional gathering, and while no reflection is required, I encourage you to share any thoughts, questions, or insights that arise as you watch or listen. These final sessions often bring together everything we’ve explored — both practically and philosophically — and your reflections can help deepen understanding for the entire community.
Session Summary:
In this session, we:
-
Reviewed the 8-Week Introductory Yoga Program, discussing how to adapt its structure and pacing to meet the needs of different populations and environments.
-
Explored the importance of read-the-room facilitation, observation skills, and balancing structure with responsiveness in trauma-informed teaching.
-
Touched on creative ways to bring together movement, mindfulness, and philosophy in ways that feel relevant and accessible for diverse learners.
-
Welcomed Lo Patt, PYP’s Social Media Manager, who shared insights about storytelling, visibility, and how graduates can stay connected within the PYP community and beyond.
This was our final live session before next week’s graduation, and the energy in the group reflected both reflection and excitement for what’s next.
If you feel called, use this space to share:
-
Any questions or takeaways about facilitation, adaptation, or next steps in your journey
-
A reflection on how you’re feeling as we near graduation
-
Or simply a note of appreciation or insight for your peers as we close this cycle together
