We are offering a free book club that explores Jivana Heyman’s Yoga Revolution: Building a Practice of Courage & Compassion! Led by Prison Yoga Project’s Jen Lindgren and special guests Angela Dharma Fears and Haunani Chong Drake.

Together, we will delve into how the philosophy of yoga can address the challenges of our contemporary society and pressing issues we face. We will come together as a community on May 9th, 23rd, and 30th from 4pm-6pm PST to share our unique paths to personal and collective healing.

Join us in bringing your passion for yoga, inclusion, and advocacy to this book club series, where we will explore how we can deepen our connection to this practice to build sustainable resources for our continued work supporting one another and combating systems of oppression.
