Hello, I've just started Section One of the Foundational Training and I see that we are to read a portion of this book. It doesn't appear to be a part of the course materials, unless I've missed it. I can order online, however it appears to only come in paperback so I will have to wait for it to be shipped. Does anyone know if access to an e-book or PDF of this book is available somewhere? Thank you!

Hello! That excerpt from the book should have been linked as a PDF. Somehow that must have been broken when we made some updates recently. I have it fixed now.
