This final recorded session of the cohort offered a workshop exploring a collection of yoga postures and different variations that may be appropriate for programs. Feel welcome to practice along and notice how to explore accessible variations to consider in your programs.
This session concluded with a demonstration of a program adapted for youth, shared by Lo Patt, PYP's communications manager and youth facilitator in Arkansas.
