Greetings Everyone!!
This week's mindfulness activity asks you to bring your awareness to your spine and core engagement. Throughout the week, notice the positioning of your spine as you sit, stand, move, and rest. Bring your awareness to your core and notice the relationship between your spinal alignment and overall posture.
Next week you will begin sharing a short Dynamic Warm-up practice in small breakout groups. Practice the movement activities in the online module to prepare you to share in your small groups.
