From self-guiding a yoga practice to taking a walk to allowing a few minutes to explore the range of motion of your joints; spend time this week considering what is realistic, sustainable, and beneficial for you.
The movements you discover may be beneficial to share as part of this week's practical sequence. Consider speaking aloud to yourself to guide any movements you may try to continue to connect with your facilitator voice.
