This week's mindfulness activity is all about observing what draws your attention, when you sustain and/or lose focus, and what emotions you experience as you work with attention and focus. Your observations this week may be beneficial as you develop a centering practice to share with a partner during next week's practical application breakout group.
Be patient and curious with these observations. Notice what calls to you, what you may be depending on to procrastinate or avoid, and what support you may need to remain focused and present in the activities/interactions/experiences of your daily life.
