This week's mindfulness activity invites you to consider your shoulders and hips. Notice how these major joints feel, move, and/or carry tension. Observe if different environments or situations alter the sensations within your shoulders and hips.
The next practical breakout session will focus on guiding the Strength & Mobility section of Trauma-informed sequencing. Your observations of your hips and shoulders may offer you insight to preparing a sequence to share. Also, consider experimenting with binding these joints with a scarf or medical compression bandage to deepen your experience of understanding of mobility that differs from your own.
