Welcome to this week's mindfulness activity! For this week, we are inviting you to observe your sleep habits, downtime, and opportunities for rest. Be mindful of the Yama of Brahmacharya as you notice your activities. Are you always "On"? Are there opportunities for you to reset throughout the day? Do you have time for yourself?
Next week's practical movement breakout session will explore the Focus & Concentration portion of trauma-informed sequencing. To prepare to share with your fellow cohort members, gift yourself the opportunity to rest, replenish, and recover through this week, journaling your experience, hurdles, and discoveries, and notice if any shifts in your focus occur through rest.
