I watched this recording this morning and loved it. The practice toward the end was perfect and the Namaste and gratitude feeling at the end was the icing on the cake. Very nice! https://vimeo.com/1055004064/38037687ec?&signup=true#_=_

Hi there PYP community, yes, thank you for this additional guest lecture, I appreciated the movements Kristie led and the importance of balance and counterbalance. It reminds me of the idea of titration, how there is this natural process of disclosing, sharing information and gaining insight, processing trauma over time to build our tolerance to distress and then needing to take a break. I often think about this when working with clients, we will sometimes talk about heavy things and then I try to support clients in ending sessions by focusing on something lighter, listening to music together, engaging in orienting/relaxation exercises, whatever is appropriate with that client.

I just finished watching this, I really appreciate Kristie's wisdom and perspective, and her vulnerability in sharing her story. Great way to end the evening <3 I love thinking about counterposes and balance as something that can be applied to my day to day, rather than just yoga.
