Celebrating Our 100% Net Promoter Score: A Testament to Our Transformative Yoga Teacher Training

At Prison Yoga Project, our mission is to provide programs for rehabilitation and resilience rooted in yoga and embodied mindfulness. We are thrilled to announce that our Yoga Teacher Training has achieved an extraordinary Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100%! This score reflects the unwavering support and satisfaction of our graduates, demonstrating the profound impact of our training.

Our Impressive NPS: What It Means

The NPS is calculated based on responses to the question, “On a scale from 0-10, how likely are you to recommend a PYP training to someone in a similar situation to you?” Our respondents overwhelmingly rated us as Promoters (scores of 9-10), leading to an NPS of 100. This perfect score signifies that every participant who responded would highly recommend our program, highlighting the value and effectiveness of our training.

Transformation Through Yoga

In addition to NPS, we also assessed the transformative impact of our training. When asked, “How much has your time in PYP’s yoga teacher training helped you to transform your life for the better?” our average score was an impressive 9.44, with a Net Transformation Score (NTS) of 76. This reflects the significant positive changes our training participants have experienced, affirming the transformative power of our program.

Empowerment and Support

Our survey also delved into feelings of empowerment and the support provided by our staff. Participants expressed strong feelings of empowerment to apply their abilities to serve others and integrate yogic principles into their daily lives. Additionally, our staff’s commitment to overcoming barriers and providing exceptional support was highly praised.

Why Participants Choose A PYP Training

Respondents shared diverse reasons for choosing PYP’s YTT, including our focus on trauma-informed yoga, recommendations from others, and a desire to work within the prison system. Their feedback underscores the unique and essential role our program plays for adapting yoga to address symptoms of trauma and foster healing.
