About this Workshop
Objective: learn somatic tools for self-regulation and co-regulation that can be used in any setting.
This workshop will cover simple practices that can support self-regulation: calming the nervous system, returning to the capacity window, and taking a beat. We will also discuss some tools for co-regulation: reaching out to a trusted person and community building. This workshop intends to support people interested in offering simple tools for self-regulation who may not be facilitating full yoga practices with others. This workshop is appropriate for yoga facilitators and non-faciltiators alike.
We will send a reminder email with a link to the workshop the day before the event.
