This week's mindfulness activity is inviting you to bring awareness to your spine and core, noticing what movement, engagement, and/or rest may be beneficial to support your back and overall posture. We will be reviewing the Dynamic Warm-up portion of trauma-informed sequencing during our next class. This activity may offer insight into what you could offer as far as movement through this portion of sequencing.
