Has anyone been able to access the webinar replay from last week yet?
Following, I too have been looking for it to do an overview of it. Hope ya'll are thriving well this week! Excited to see you and share space with you all tomorrow!
🌼 Good day, beautiful souls,
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share this journey of healing and expansion with y'all. Reading your introductions has filled me with inspiration and deep hope for a more equitable, healthy, and loving world.
My name is María Camila, human, movement artist, traveler, facilitator, medicine womban. I believe that breath, movement, and mindfulness are transformative medicines for the body, mind, and soul. Medicine for the world, a powerful radical form of collective healing and sustainability. When we move, we transform our lives; when we move together, we transform the world.
I am deeply honored to participate in this program, and I am excited to dive into the foundations of Yoga as a lifestyle practice while grounding my practice in Social Justice and Radical Healing. I am also thrilled to expand my knowledge so that I can hold safer, more accesible, more socially conscious spaces. Those that open the door for real, revolutionary, and deeply connected change.
See you soon,
María C.

Hi Everyone!
My name is Molly Evans. I am joining this YTT Cohort from Saint Paul, Minnesota. I began studying energy work and mindfulness about 7 years ago, and I share that both have truly saved my life.
I currently partner with Community Nonprofits and am an Art & Wellness Facilitator here in Minnesota. Over the last two years, we have facilitated 5 fellowships, two in the women's correctional facility and three in men's facilities. I am also an End of Life Doula and work in community and in hospice settings.
As someone with lived experience of trauma and abuse in both childhood and adulthood, I see pieces of myself and my family in everyone I serve in the community.
Over the past year, through my End of Life Doula work, I’ve realized it is time to learn how to live safely in my body without judgment, to truly love it, and to transform my relationship with both my body and myself. This training is, for me, a commitment to honoring the physical experience my soul is having.
Much of my somatic and mindfulness practices are rooted in mental, emotional, and spiritual connection, and I hope to deepen that through my Yoga Practice and this YTT training.
