Greetings, All! I’m a bit late to the introduction party, but have enjoyed reading along and getting to know everyone! My name is Jen Lindgren. I am the Chapter director for New Hampshire. I am thrilled to be part of this online training and online community. This is my third PYP training, joining the 2018 April training in Vermont and last spring in Mass.
I am most excited to learn from each of you, to hear your thoughts and experiences as we work together to provide trauma-informed yoga to incarcerated individuals and do our part locally and globally to positively impact the state of mass incarceration. We are at such a monumental time in our human history to be part of something substantial and it is through our experiences, our willingness to learn, and our ability to collaborate that change can be made.
I am honored to share this space with each of you and look forward to learning and sharing!
